Which plan should I choose?

Free is for evaluating the workflow within its one-time allowances. Starter suits modest recurring work. Choose Creator when Starter’s capacity is insufficient or you need Brand Kit, custom fonts, or premium caption styles. Choose Pro when you need more capacity than Creator or 4K exports. If Pro is insufficient, contact support to discuss your requirements; additional capacity is not guaranteed.

How are allowances counted?

Caption and transcription work use separate duration allowances. Clip renders and video exports have separate counts. In-progress jobs reserve capacity. Your account’s Usage page shows used and reserved amounts and the current usage window. When an allowance is reached, further work in that category is blocked until capacity is available or your plan changes. Free allowances do not reset.

Storage, billing, and support

Free hosted files are deleted after 7 days, with a warning 3 days before. Paid storage is kept while subscribed; returning to Free starts a new 7-day window. Downloaded copies remain yours.

Where subscriptions are available, cancel at period end in Settings → Plan. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. For refund requests and eligibility, read the Refund Policy. Contact contact@kliption.com for support.
