Kliption is a web workspace for turning long recordings into captions, transcripts, and short clips you can review before you publish.
What we make
Upload a video or audio file once. Kliption drafts timed captions, a transcript you can correct, and clip candidates from a video source. You keep the last pass: fix names, timing, and framing, then export.
Who it is for
Creators, editors, and content teams who start from long-form video or audio and need readable captions and short clips for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, and similar platforms.
Languages
Kliption transcribes English and many other languages at real quality, including Nepali, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Mixed-language speech may need extra editing. This is not a promise of every language or a full translation workflow.
Free and paid plans
Free includes one-time allowances so you can evaluate the workflow. Free hosted files are deleted after 7 days, with a warning 3 days before. Free video exports are watermarked and limited to 720p. Paid plans keep hosted files while subscribed and raise capacity; returning to Free starts a new 7-day window.
